Privacy notice

This notice covers the EZ Business group site and the sites of its pillars: EZ SME, EZ Tech and EZ Accounts. EZ Business, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, is responsible for the personal data described here.

What we collect

• What you give us in a form: your name, company, email, phone, and what you tell us about your business or project.
• How you reached us: the page you landed on, the site that referred you, and campaign tags in the link you followed.
• Basic, cookie-free visit statistics. We do not use advertising cookies and we do not build profiles of visitors.

Forms with several steps save your progress in your own browser so you can come back to them. While you fill in a form we may store your answers to the non-personal questions, without your name or contact details, to understand where forms are hard to complete. These anonymous drafts are deleted after 90 days.

One client record across the group

EZ Business is one group. When you contact any pillar, your contact details sit in a single client record that the group holds, so you do not have to explain your business again if you later work with another pillar. Staff of a pillar see the enquiries made to their own pillar. Group leadership can see enquiries across pillars. We never sell your data and we do not share it outside the group, except with the service providers named below or where the law requires it.

Why we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and prepare a proposal.
• To deliver the services you engage us for.
• To keep a record of our dealings with you, as the law and good practice require.
• To improve our sites and forms.

We rely on your request and consent when you send a form, on the contract when you become a client, and on our legitimate interest in running and improving our services.

Who processes it for us

We use established providers for hosting, database storage, email delivery and privacy-friendly analytics. They process data on our instructions only. Some of them store data outside the UAE; where they do, we rely on the safeguards the law provides.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become engagements are kept for up to 24 months, then deleted or anonymised. Client records are kept for the period required by UAE commercial and tax law.

Your rights

Under UAE data protection law you can ask to see, correct, move or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to withdraw consent. Write to info@ezbz.ae and we will respond within 30 days.
